Can't go wrong at this price. Nice product. Slim design and works as advertised.
You get what you pay for. No noise reduction. This product is as advertised and service was good but the product is not worth using on freeways or noisey roads. Road noise is objectionable to people on the other end and not loud enough to hear yourself.
Makes this rather useless, and I would strongly suggest testing your phone against one of these before ordering.Also disappointed in the lack of a USB or AC charger. This looked like an interesting and relatively low-cost option for my wife's car/cell phone, since she hasn't found a bluetooth headset that fits her ear comfortably. The low rating here is about the speakerphone, not the merchant. My fault for not noticing that this only comes with a car charger - not very convenient for how we typically charge.No issues with the merchant - quickly shipped and delivered just fine. Unfortunately, we cannot get this unit to pair with any of three cell phones (iPhone 3G, two new Nokias). It goes into pairing mode as advertised, but none of our phones can find it (they all find all of the headsets and computers we have tried pairing with other than this unit).
Just search Amazon for "LG VX7000 charger". So, it can use the same chargers as those phones. Or you can get a USB data cable with the same type plug (search for "LG VX7000 data cable") and use it with one of those cheap USB-AC adaptors or your computer to charge the speakerphone by USB. Not a review so much but just a note: Contrary to some of the reviews here, the charging port on the Jabra SP5050 is not proprietary but actually the same as the one on many (not all). LG phones sold by Verizon, especially somewhat older models such as the VX7000.
Glad I did. Great clarity of sound - no yelling or poor reception. I was skeptical about how well something like this would work. Easy operation. I like it well enough that I am ordering another for my husband for the holidays. I only knew that I did not want something that I had to wear in or around my ear. I read reviews on many different sites and ordered one of these.
